The primary objective of Inter-View’s training and consultancy is to move from simply applying a mechanical process to focusing on the actual skills and attributes being sought for preferred candidates. 

Training courses in staff selection, behavioural assessment, interview skills, writing job applications and writing referee reports have been delivered to agencies including Customs, DFAT, AusAID, AQIS, ASIO, DIGO, (then) DEWR, IP Australia and DEST.
